​We use our many years of expertise to refurbish your wood & Granwood floors, either by sanding or scrubbing to get them back to their original quality, if not better. We undertake all necessary tasks including the resealing of the surface (with a number of different seals depending upon the usage and type of floor), applying any sport courts or markings and undertaking any repairs necessary to get your job done. We have worked all over Great Britain mostly in schools, sport halls and public buildings for local authorities and private owners. You can see a bit about how we like to work through a job below.
We'll then arrange a free no obligation site visit to come out and assess the current condition of the floor. Here we'll take measurements and ask questions about it's usage.

Once we've got all the information we need, we'll identify the types of materials required specific for your job and get a finalised quote back to you.

We'll contact you a few days later to discuss our quote with you. If approved we can then firm up timescales and get your job booked in.

Once we've finished your floor, we'll meet you on site for a complete hand over and sign off to make sure your 100% happy with our work. We'll also give you a complimentary after care sheet so your on-site staff can maintain the quality.

Our Director Ian, has over two decades of experience working within the flooring industry. His father who also worked in the industry, passed his many years of skills and expertise down the generations to Ian, who founded SandIT Flooring in 2003.
